摘要
目的探讨特殊环境下军人职业倦怠与神经内分泌指标的关系。方法采用职业倦怠问卷(CMBI)对入伍1a以上的262名军人进行问卷调查,其中干旱沙漠环境军人75人,高原高寒环境军人91人,对照组军人96人,分别测定血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、热应激蛋白HSP-70、血清皮质醇(COR)和促肾上腺皮质激素含量(ACTH)。结果 (1)高原高寒和干旱沙漠环境军人职业倦怠程度均高于对照组,且高原高寒环境军人高于干旱沙漠环境军人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)干旱沙漠环境军人热应激蛋白HSP-70高于高原高寒环境和对照组,而高原高寒环境军人低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高原高寒和干旱沙漠环境军人促肾上腺皮质激素高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)相关分析表明,职业倦怠与热应激蛋白HSP-70呈负相关(r=-0.078,P<0.05),成就感降低与血清皮质醇和促肾上腺皮质激素呈负相关(r=-0.123,r=-0.126,P<0.05)。结论特殊环境下军人职业倦怠程度较高,特殊的环境会引起神经内分泌指标的变化。
Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and neuroendocrine of soldiers under special environment.Methods 262 soldiers,with more than one year service were conducted a survey by the CMBI.Soldiers were divided into the dry desert environment,the plateau alpine environment and con-trol group.And to measure the level of NE,5-HT,HSP-70,COR and ACTH.Results (1)Soldiers,un-der the environment of plateau alpine and dry desert have higher job burnout degree than the control group,and the plateau alpine environment is higher than dry desert environment,the difference was statis-tically significant (P 〈0.05);(2)Soldiers,under the dry desert environment,have higher HSP-70 level than the plateau alpine environment and control group,and the plateau alpine environment is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The level of ACTH,the dry des-ert environment and the plateau alpine environment is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01).(3)Related analyses showed that job burnout was negative correlation with HSP-70 (r= -0.078,P 〈0.05).And the reduced sense of personal accomplishment was negative correlation with NE and ACTH (r= -0.123,r= -0.126,P〈0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that the level of j ob burnout in soldiers,under special environment is higher ,and the neuroendocrine was changed.There would be a correlativity between j ob burnout and neuroendocrine of soldiers under special environment.
