血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌患者诊断中的应用价值

目的评价检测血管内皮生长因子在非小细胞肺癌诊断中临床意义。方法本组针对41例非小细胞肺癌患者及25例健康体检者,进行血清血管内皮生长因子A、B、C、D检测。结果非小细胞肺癌患者的血清血管内皮生长因子A(97.6%)、B(70.7%)、C(60.9%)、D(63.4%)的阳性率与健康体检者(16%、12%、4%、4%)相比均有显著差异(χ2=19.112、14.546、13.762、14.001,P<0.05)。结论血清血管内皮生长因子检测有助于非小细胞肺癌的诊断,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of detection of the serum level of vascular endothelial growth factor in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 41 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 25 health examination participants were included. The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor A、B、C、D were measured. Results Compared with healthy controls（16%、12%、4%、4%）,the positive rate of vascular endothelial growth factor A（97.6%）、B（70.7%）、C（60.9%）、D（63.4%）had significant difference in non-small cell lung cancer patients（χ2=19.112、14.546、13.762、14.001,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of vascular endothelial growth factor might be helpful for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
