摘要
目的：探讨安尔碘棉球湿敷深静脉穿刺口在预防导管相关性感染（Catheter Related Infection）中的护理效果。方法将2012年1月～2013年10月广东省中医院芳村医院收治的230例深静脉置管的患者随机均分为实验组和对照组（n=115）。实验组予安尔碘棉球湿敷深静脉穿刺口，对照组予常规护理，2组均每周换药2次，直至拔管。结果实验组无1例发生CRI，对照组7例导管培养阳性，10例有穿刺口红肿渗流情况。结论安尔碘棉球湿敷在预防深静脉置管术后导管相关性感染中的有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the AnEr iodine cotton ball wet apply deep venipuncture mouth in the prevention of Catheter Related infections （Catheter Related Infection） of the nursing effect. Methods 230 cases of my families deep vein catheter patients randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, experimental group and the control group 115 cases each. The experimental group to AnEr iodine cotton ball wet apply deep venipuncture mouth, control group to routine care, two groups are weekly dressing 2 times, until the extubation. Results The experimental group no case was happened CRI, control group 7 cases catheter culture positive, 10 cases had puncture mouth irritation seepage situation. Conclusion AnEr iodine cotton ball wet apply is on the prevention of postoperative deep vein catheter catheter related infections of the good effect.
