摘要
岗位设置的合理化对工作起着至关重要的作用,如何科学有序的进行岗位设置是工作能否顺利开展的重点。本文针对目前地质勘探队伍岗位设置中存在的问题进行分析并提出解决方案。
Reasonable post setting is important for work. Scientific and orderly post setting is the key point for smooth work. This article analyzes the problems in post setting of geological prospecting team and proposes solutions.
