摘要
本文从"知识型员工"塑造出发,以"能力导向"为主线,阐述了学习氛围营造、员工教育方式转变、人才激励手段应用、尖端人才培养、复合型人才塑造等多个层面人才培养的思路,通过组织力量促动、技术交流互动、上下游联动,建立优秀人才的储备、培养机制,为人才队伍建设全面升级提供智力支撑。
This article starts from molding "knowledge worker", takes "capacity-oriented" as main line, elaborates the multi-faceted qualified personnel training ideas, such as creating learning atmosphere, changing staff education ways, applying qualified personnel incentives method, training sophisticated personnel, molding compound talents and so on, by organizing force actuation, technology interaction, upstream and downstream linkage to establish the qualified personnel resurveying and training mechanism, provides intellectual support for comprehensive promotion of qualified personnel training.
