作为互联网时代信息产业发展的核心与灵魂的软件产业,在当今社会存在着巨大的发展潜力。软件产业在得到了更好的发展空间和极好的发展成果的同时却也存在着很多待解决的问题。本文将通过对软件知识产权问题的深入研究来探索应对软件产业知识产权问题的对策。
