聚碳酸酯基智能电表壳耐低温专用料的研制

摘要 用聚碳酸酯(PC)、玻璃纤维和环保阻燃剂分别与两种不同的增韧剂经双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备了两种智能电表外壳材料,再经注射机成型各类标准样条,对材料的力学、阻燃、绝缘和耐低温冲击性能进行了表征,并进一步与有类似应用的市售进口材料进行比较。结果表明,两种智能电表外壳材料的阻燃、绝缘、耐热和抗撕等特性都达到或超过进口同类产品的技术水平。 Polycarbonate (PC) , Glass fiber, and environmental protection flame retardant were compounded with two kinds of different toughening agents respectively in a twin screw extruder to make smart meter shell materials. And the smart meter shell material was shaped into standard mechanical samples. The two types of standard mechanical samples were compared with import insulation samples in the properties of flame retardant, insulation and low temperature impact resistant. The result indicated that the retardant, insulation, heat resistance, tear resistance, and other characteristics of the two types of smart meter shell materials have reached even exceeded the technical level of imported similar products.
