摘要 目的:建立海棠果中总黄酮的含量测定方法.方法:以芦丁为对照品,用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色,采用分光光度法测定海棠果中总黄酮的含量.结果:海棠果中总黄酮的含量为10.04%,精密度实验RSD为0.78%;稳定性实验RSD为2.30%,在90min内稳定性较好;重复性实验RSD为0.69%;芦丁对照品浓度在0~100μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=0.010 9X-0.001 2,相关系数R^2 =0.999 8;平均加样回收率为98.71%,RSD为1.38%.结论:该方法简便、稳定,可用于海棠果中总黄酮的含量测定. Objective:To establish the method of determination the total content of flavonoids from Chinese flowering crabapple. Methods:Taking rutin as the standard sample and colored by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH solution, the total content of flavonoids from Chinese flowering crabapple was determined by the spectrophotometric method. Results : The total content of flavonoids from Chinese flowering crabapple was 10.04 %. The RSDs of the precision test, the stability test and the repetitive test were 0.78 % , 2. 30% and 0.69% respectively. There was a better linear relation with the concentration of rutin standard in the range of 0-100μg/ mL. The regression equation was Y=0. 010 9X-0. 001 2, and the square of correlation coefficient R^2 =0. 9998. The average recovery rate was 98.71 % (RSD= 1.38%). Conclusion:The method is simple and stable, and may be used to determine the total content of flavonoids from Chinese flowering crabapple.
