PVC-g-SAN共聚反应的研究

摘要 本文采取固相接枝和熔融接枝相结合的方法制备了苯腈接枝聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料,研究了接枝单体苯乙烯和丙烯腈对聚氯乙烯接枝物力学性能,耐热性、硬度的影响,并对接枝原理进行了探究。结果表明:接枝改性后的PVC材料拉伸强度略有下降,而冲击强度,断裂伸长率均有提高,材料耐热性有明显提高。在接枝单体用量12%时,材料的综合性能到达最佳。 The PVC-g-SAN material was prepared with solid phase and melt grafting copolymerization. Not only the effects of the content of graft monomer on the mechanical properties, heat resistance of the PVC copolymer but also basic mechanisms for grafting were studied. The results indicated that tensile strength of the modified PVC material declined slightly, while the rupture elongation and the impact strength of the modified PVC material increased, and the heat resistance increased obviously. The comprehensive properties were optimal when the contents of monomer reached to 12% .
