Advances in drug dependence and addiction by using functional magnetic resonance imaging

摘要 传统毒品海洛因的滥用以及新型毒品冰毒的蔓延,给我国带来严重的社会问题。毒品成瘾者戒断后产生心理渴求及复吸是当前戒毒存在的主要问题。近年来随着医学影像学的发展,弥散张量成像和磁共振波谱可以从微观和分子水平揭示药物成瘾的机制,对指导临床戒毒工作具有非常重要的意义。 Traditional drug heroin abuse and the spread of methamphetamine bring serious social problems to China. Craving and relapse are two major problems for drug addicts in abstinent period, which currently exists in drug treatment. In recent years, with the development of radiology, diffusion tensor imaging and MR spectroscopy can reveal the mechanisms of drug addiction from microscopic and molecular level, which has a very important significance for clinical rehabilitation work.
