瑞舒伐他汀对心肌梗死兔心房神经重构的影响 被引量:4

Effect of rosuvastatin on neural remodeling of atrium in rabbit with myocardial infarction

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对心肌梗死(MI)后心房神经重构的影响。方法开胸后结扎前降支制作兔MI模型,24 h后将存活兔分为心肌梗死组(MI,n=7)、药物干预组(Rt,n=8),并设假手术组(S,n=9)。瑞舒伐他汀药物干预8周后处死动物,观察心房自主神经分布改变,检测心房酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)mRNA表达水平。结果与假手术组比较,心肌梗死组TH与胆碱乙酰转移酶(CHAT)表达阳性神经纤维密度增加,TH mRNA相对表达量明显升高,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与心肌梗死组比较,药物干预组TH与CHAT阳性神经纤维密度减少,TH mRNA相对表达量减少,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀对MI后心房神经重构具有抑制效应。 Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on neural remodeling of atrium in rabbit with myocardial infarction(MI). Methods The MI model was established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery in rabbits, twenty-four hours later after the procedure,the surviving rabbits were randomly divided into MI group (MI, n=7), medicine intervention group (Rt, n=8), sham group was also established (S, n=9). After administration of rosuvastatin for eight weeks, all animals were killed;The nerve sprouting in atrium were observed, the contents of TH and CHAT and expression levels of TH mRNA were measured. Results After 8 weeks, compared with the sham operating group, the density of TH and CHAT positive staining nerve fibers and the expression of TH mRNA were significantly higher in MI group (P〈0. 05 for all). Compared with the MI group, the density of TH and CHAT positive staining nerve fibers and the expression of TH mRNA were significantly lower in medicine intervention group (P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion The results suggested that rosuvastatin has improving effect on the neural remodeling of atrium after myocardial infraction.
