摘要
目的 探讨社区健康课堂对提高0 ~12月龄婴幼儿家长幼儿保健知识水平的效果,为建立起更具操作性的幼儿保健体系打下基础.方法 采用随机抽样方法,于2012年1 ~12月对北京市房山区某镇辖区内的186名0 ~12月龄婴幼儿童家长,开展多种模式的健康课堂教育,并以调查问卷的形式,对Ⅰ、Ⅱ类疫苗接种、婴幼儿常见病、婴幼儿喂养及婴幼儿生长发育监测4类12项育儿保健知识教育前后的知识知晓率进行比较.结果 4类12项知识总知晓率教育前后分别为40.95%和87.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).其中婴幼儿常见病类知识教育后知晓率为98.66%,达到预估测≥95%目标,其余三类知识知晓率均与预期水平有一定差距.值得注意的是,婴幼儿喂养知识知知晓率仅达到78.85%.结论 社区健康课堂对提高婴幼儿家长育儿保健知识水平值得肯定,但各类知识提高水平不平衡,有待进一步提高,待教育模式成熟、总结经验后,可考虑推广.
Objective To discuss the effect of community health class on improving the level of knowledge among parents with 0 - 12 month infants and to establish a more operational child care system. Methods The random sampling method was used and 186 parents of 0 - 12 months children were recruited in this study. The community health classroom and questionnaire were used and the awareness rate of health knowledge before and after education were analyzed from January 2012 to Dec 2012. Results The awareness rate of all 12 knowledge before and after education were 40.95% and 87.19% respectively, there was a significant improvement(P 〈 0.01 ). The knowledge of infant common disease was 98.66% after the educational and achieved the desired goal. There was a certain gap between fact and expected level in the remaining three groups. Notably, the knowledge awareness rate of infant feeding was only 78.85%. Conclusion Community Health classroom can improve infant parents the level of knowledge on parental care. There were imbalances in all kinds knowledge and it is needed to be improved. The lessons can be extended after the education model matured.
