临床护理路径在小儿病毒性心肌炎治疗中的应用研究

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Treatment of Children with Viral Myocarditis

目的:研究分析小儿病毒性心肌炎实施临床护理路径的应用效果。方法:选取2011年9月-2013年11月在本院接受治疗的76例病毒性心肌炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予临床护理路径。观察比较两组患儿的治愈率、复发率及患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果:观察组的治愈率94.8%明显高于对照组的52.6%,复发率5.3%明显低于对照组的23.7%,且观察组患儿家属对护理的满意度97.4%明显高于对照组的73.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿病毒性心肌炎实施临床护理路径,能够显著地提高治疗效果,降低复发率,而且提升了患儿家属对护理的满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective：To study and analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in treatment of children with viral myocarditis.Method：A total of 76 children with viral myocarditis underwent treatment in our hospital from September 2011 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.The cure rate,recurrence rate and the degree of satisfaction to nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：The cure rate of the observation group（94.8%） was significantly higher than the control group（52.6%）,the recurrence rate of the observation group（5.3%）was significantly lower than the control group（23.7%）, the degree of satisfaction to nursing of the observation group（97.4%）was significantly higher than the control group（73.7%）, the differences were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing pathway in treatment of children with viral myocarditis can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the recurrence rate and enhance the degree of satisfaction to nursing,thus it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
