Determination of piperine in pepper by UV

目的：建立胡椒中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定胡椒中胡椒碱的含量，用无水乙醇做空白，测定波长为342nm。结果：胡椒碱在0．85—6．80μg·ml^-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为：A=0．0908x＋0．0069，r=0．9998，r=0．9998。平均加样回收率为102．2％，RSD为1．03％。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可作为胡椒中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of piperine in pepper. Methods： using the UV to determination of piperine in pepper and anhydrous ethanol as blank, the detecting wavelength was at 342nm. Results ： A good linearity of piperine was in the range of 0.85-6.8μg·ml^-1,r=0.9998. The average recovery was 102.2% and RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for determination of piperine in pepper.
