复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对孕妇贫血的临床效果及妊娠结局分析

目的:分析复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对孕妇贫血的临床疗效及妊娠结局。方法:采用复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对治疗组缺铁性贫血孕妇进行治疗,同时对每名孕妇进行一对一的孕前保健及用药指导;对照组无一对一的孕前保健及用药指导,不服用任何铁剂药物;评价两组母婴结局。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,红细胞、SF及Hb显著高于对照组,且在良好的孕前保健及用药指导下,该组妊娠期高血压、产后出血、低体重儿、新生儿窒息的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕前保健咨询及用药指导,联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对贫血孕妇效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得推广。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy and pregnancy outcome of compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets on pregnant women with anemia. Methods： pregnant women with anemia were divided into the control group which were no given one-to-one preconception care and medication guide, had not taking any iron preparation and the treatment group which had taken compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets .for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia and were given one-to-one preconception care and medication guide.then the pregnancy outcome were evaluated in the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group with good preconception care and medication guide was significantly higher in RBC, SF and Hb than the control group. Gestational hypertension, postpartum hemorrhage, low birth weight children, newborn children asphyxia were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： preconception health counseling and medication guide, joint compound ferrous sulphate folic acid tablets had significant therapeutic effect on anemic pregnant women with no obvious adverse reaction, which were worthy of promotion.
