厚朴排气合剂治疗卒中偏瘫后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on Officinalis Exhaust Mixture in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hemiplegia

目的:观察厚朴排气合剂治疗偏瘫后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将180例中风偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予厚朴排气合剂50ml每日两次口服治疗。对照组给予多潘立酮10mg每日三次口服治疗。2周为一疗程。分别于服药1周及2周时记录患者排便及胃肠道症状缓解情况并分析。结果:治疗组患者排便情况及腹胀、肠鸣音减弱等症状较对照组明显改善。结论:厚朴排气合剂能有效促进胃肠蠕动,改善偏瘫后胃肠功能障碍。

Objective：To observe the curative effect Officinalis Exhaust Mixture in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after hemiplegia.Methods：180 hemiplegia patients were divided into treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was given Officinalis Exhaust Mixture to oral treatment 50ml twice a day,the control group was given Domperidone to oral treatment 10mg three times a day. The curative effects of two groups were observed after a week and two weeks.Results：Patients in the treatment group ,their defecation, abdominal distension,decreased bowel sounds and other symptoms significantly improved than control group.Conclusion：Officinalis Exhaust Mixture can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction after stroke.
