买卖双方基于计算机网络 ,采用相应的电子技术进行的各类商贸活动亦即电子商务活动的发展 ,正在引起企业管理模式的深刻变革。这一变革主要体现为企业管理组织的创新、企业交易流程管理的创新与企业营销管理的创新。
The development of e-business, which refers to any business based on Internet and using information technology, is arousing a revolutionary change in enterprise's management model. The changes are mainly embodied by the innovations on management organization, on trade process management, and on marketing management of enterprises.
