摘要 创伤及失血性休克会刺激机体产生并释放内源性活性物质,出现一系列复杂的免疫应激反应,并可导致多器官功能衰竭,甚至危及生命。选择一种贴近战创伤、灾害医学实际的动物模型有助于阐明这一外科常见疾病的致病机制,为检验应急救护设备、复苏用药提供一个相对标准化的平台,并最终获得有效救治方法。尽管动物实验研究的结果很难应用于临床实践,但临床上许多治疗理念的更新和方法的改进都源于动物实验的研究成果。为此,对创伤合并失血性休克的实验动物模型研究进展作一介绍。 Trauma and hemorrhagic shock will stimulate the body to produce and release some endogenous active sub-stances,leading to a series of immune stress response,multiple organ failure and even threaten life.Selecting animal models about mock battle trauma and disaster medicine is helpful for us to clarify the pathogenesis of this surgical common diseases and to test the emergency rescue equipment and resuscitation drug in order to provide a relatively standardized platform and afford effective treatment.Although it is difficult to apply the results of animal studies to clinical practice,the updated con-cept of the clinical treatment and the improvement of methods can be derived from animal research.This review summarizes the development of animal models of traumatic hemorrhagic shock.
