摘要
个人的才能是全部素质因子的有机结合。应该正确认识德与才、学历、经验及技能、智商与情商的关系 ;应该利用多种途径发掘人才资源 ;应该通过人才的合理匹配与流动、智力场的营造 ,“以人为本”管理理念的树立、培训制度的完善等 ,为充分发挥人才的作用创造条件。
Ability is the combination of all factors concerning to quality. We should rightly recognize the relationship of moral and ability, diploma, experience, as well as the relationship of IQ and EQ,and should develop human resource through multi methods. We should make the best use of human resource by reallocating the human resource, building the Intellect Field, setting up the concept of 'focus on human being' and perfecting the training system.
