摘要
采用饱和浸渍法将Dawson型杂多酸盐K6[P2W15Ti3O62]负载到二氧化硅上,通过控制焙烧温度,得到4个温度:150℃、200℃、250℃、300℃下的4种负载型杂多酸盐催化剂,得到产品K6[P2W15Ti3O62]/SiO2。用红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱等测试手段,对合成配合物的结构和性质进行了表征。红外光谱表明杂多酸盐K6[P2W15Ti3O62]具有Dawson结构,且负载后的谱图上同时具有二氧化硅的结构。说明杂多酸盐已经成功负载在SiO2上。然后以催化合成乙酸乙酯为模型反应考察了其催化活性,得到了催化反应的最佳条件。并比较了4种负载型杂多酸盐催化剂活性。
Two new supported catalyst complexes K6 [ P2 W15 Ti3 O62 ]/SiO2 was synthesized with silica gele,as its supports by methods of impregnation at four different temperature 150 ℃,200 ℃,250 ℃,300 ℃. The two new complexes were characterized by IR,UV spectroscopy and quantitative analyses method. The experimental results indicate that they are all the polyoxotungstates with Dawson structure and the supported catalyst also have the structure of SiO2 . Ethyl was synthesized under the supported catalytic of the supported polyoxotungstates. The best reaction condition were determined,and try out the catalytic activity of polyoxotungstates.
