摘要
以4种模拟物为提取剂,通过正己烷超声辅助萃取对豆浆塑料包装进行污染物处理。并且采用单面浸泡法对正常使用和可预见的恶劣条件使用下污染物的迁移进行检测。用GC-MS法对迁移的污染物定性,通过HPLC法进行定量。结果表明,主要污染物之一是2,4二叔丁基苯酚,在40℃加热4h条件下,中性食品中2,4-二叔丁基酚迁移量为78.5mg·kg-1,超过了EU No 10/2011规定的检出限量60mg·kg-1。其他使用70℃加热2h,100℃加热30min条件下2,4-二叔丁基酚迁出量低于检出限量,可以安全食用。
In this paper , contaminants from plastic packaging of soya-bean milk were extracted by four simulations under ultrasonic assisted by hexane .And the migration of contaminants under normal and foresee-able bad condition were examined by method of single side soaking .The qualitative and quantitative analysis of migration of contaminants were confirmed by GC-MS and HPLC respectively .The Results show that 2 ,4-2 tertiary butyl phenol was one of the main contaminants ,and the migration qualitative of 2,4-2 tertiary butyl phenol under condition of 40℃heating for 4h,reached 78.5 mg· kg^ -1 which is higher than the detection limit of 60 mg·kg^ -1 base on EU No 10/2011 regulations.While,it is safe to eat under the condition of 70℃heat-ing for 2h and 100℃heating for 30min,because the.migrated qualitative is lower than the detection limit .
