仙草开发与利用的研究进展

Research Advances in the Development and Utilization of Mesona chinensis Benth

仙草作为重要的药食两用植物资源,是生产天然、营养、保健食品的理想原料,有着广泛的加工利用价值。本文综述了仙草的开发与利用现状,为进一步开发利用我国丰富的仙草资源与仙草功能保健食品的研发提供参考。

Mesona chinensis Benth is an important medicinal and edible plant resource ,which can be used as valuable material of natural ,nutrient and healthy food .The development and utilization of Mesona chiensis Benth are comprehensively introduced in this paper ,aiming at providing some references for the further exploi-tation of the abundant resource and the research of functional food .
