本文在总结落实草原生态保护补助奖励机制已取得的明显成效及落实过程中存在问题的前提下,提出了关于进一步做好落实奖补机制的意见和建议,对加强技术支撑,完善管护体系和相关制度建设,全面落实奖补机制政策具有积极作用。
