杂交肉用马与伊犁马体重体尺及屠宰性状的测定与分析

Measurement and Analysis of Body Weight and Slaughter Traits in Crossbreed Meat Horse in Yili Horse

本试验对阿尔登肉用公马与伊犁母马杂交Fl代的体尺以及屠宰性状的测定。探索杂交Fl代肉用马的生长发育情况和产肉性能。为今后的肉用马选育和杂交利用提供科学依据。试验选择伊犁昭苏县军马场3～4岁自然放牧的杂交F1代肉用公马5匹，伊犁公马4匹。进行体尺及屠宰测定，并进行数据分析。结果杂交F1代肉用公马与普通伊犁公马的宰前平均活重分别为338．4kg、295．5kg，相差42．9妇，存在显著差异（Pl〈0．05）；F1代杂交公马体高、体长、胸围、管围平均测量数据均高于普通公马的平均测量数据，但统计分析无显著差异（P〉O．05）；胴体重、骨重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率、骨肉比无显著差异（P〉0．05）；胴体长、后腿长、眼肌长、胸深、后腿宽、后腿围、眼积面积平均测量数据均高于普通公马的平均测量数据，但统计分析无显著差异（P〉0．05）。杂交F1代肉用马具有发育快，体重高，具有明显的肉用体形。

To research the development and meat production performance of Fl（the offspring Yili horse cross with Ardennes stallions ） meat horse, the experiments select 5 F1 and 4 Yili stallions about 3-4 years old, Slaughtering parameters and body size of Yili horse and the F1 are measured. The Result show that the average liveweight of F1 and Yili station are 338.4kg and 295.5kg respectively, significant difference （P〈 0.05）, The F1 generation stallion are higher than Yili stallion in chest circumference, pipe circumference, Body height and length, but there wasn＇t significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The body weight, bone weight, carcass weight, slaughter rate, pure meat percentage , the ratio between bone and meat were not significant difference （P 〉 0.05） between F1 and Yili station. ; The F1 generation stallion are higher than Yili stallion in the body length , hind legs length, loin eye length, chest area. But there wasn＇t significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The generation has fast development, higher weight and obvious deep, hind legs wide, hind legs around, loin eye results indicate that the meat stallion of hybrid F1 meat body posture.
