肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗泻药性便秘的疗效观察

Observation of the Effect of Anal Canal Lysis with Yangyin Decoction in Treatment of Laxatives Constipation

目的观察肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗泻药性便秘的临床疗效。方法将98例泻药性便秘患者随机分为两组。治疗组56例,采用肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗;对照组42例,采用聚乙二醇4000散口服治疗。观察两组临床疗效及主症积分的变化。结果两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组为76.19%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总积分比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1周,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2周和3周,治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组主症积分比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在排便频率、排便困难程度方面,治疗后1周,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2周和3周,治疗组均显著优于对照组(P<0.01);在粪便性状方面,治疗后1周,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2周和3周,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肛管松解术配合养阴汤治疗泻药性便秘具有良好治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anal canal lysis with Yangyin decoction in the treat-ment of laxatives constipation.Methods Ninety eight cases with laxatives constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Fifty six patients in the treatment group were given the treatment of anal canal lysis with Yangyin decoction ,w hereas 42 cases in the control group received the oral treatment of polyethylene gly-col 4000 scattered.Changes in clinical efficacy and main symptoms integral were observed.Results The total effi-ciency was 92.86% in treatment group ,obviously better than 76.19% in control group （P〈 0.05）.Before treat-ment ,there was no significant difference in total score and main symptom integral between two groups （P〈0.05） . One ,two and three weeks after the treatment ,the total clinical efficacy in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）.One ,two and three weeks after the treatment ,main symptom inte-gral in the frequency of defecation and defecation difficulty degree in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group （P〉0.05 ,P〉0.01）.There was no significant difference in the stool shape between two groups （P〈0.05） one week after the treatment.However ,two and three weeks after treatment ,symptom in-tegral of stool character in the treatment group was better than the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Anal ca-nal lysis with Yangyin decoction has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of laxatives constipation ,worthy of clinical application.
