Survey on High School Students' Mental Health in Huidong,Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture

目的了解凉山彝族自治州会东县高中学生心理健康状况,为当地开展中学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对会东县830名在校高中非毕业生进行测试。结果高中非毕业生中68.3%心理存在轻微不良反应,19.8%存在明显的心理问题。除躯体化症状男生高于女生外,在强迫症、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等症状方面女生明显高于男生,各因子均显著高于全国诸常模(P<0.001)。结论会东县高中非毕业生的心理健康状况较差,且女生心理问题较男生严重,应引起社会的广泛关注,并对其进行积极有效的心理辅导和健康教育。

Objective To understand the the mental health status of high school students in Huidong County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and to provide a scientific basis for local mental health education. Methods Adopting Symptom Check List 90 （SCL-90） to investigate 830 high school students （non-graduates） in Huidong, Liangshan. Results 68.3% of high school students （non-graduates） had various kinds of minor adverse reactions, 19.8% of them had apparent psychological problems. Somatization symptom score of male students was higher than females, but the female students SCL-90 scores of obsessive- compulsive, depression, anxiety and phobia were all higher than those of males. Additionally, each factor was higher than the national normal levels. Conclusion High school students （non- graduates） in Huidong have poor mental health and girls are more serious, which should arouse social concerns to strengthen mental health education and positive counseling.
