无硬皮的系统性硬化1例
摘要
系统性硬化（systemic sclerosis,SSc）是一类累及多器官、多系统的结缔组织疾病。该病以广泛皮肤纤维化、血管病变以及多种自身细胞抗体阳性为特性，常表现为皮肤肿胀、增厚及变硬。无硬皮的系统性硬化（ssSSc）国内报道甚少，现将本院收治的1例病例报告如下。
