在粉末冶金产业中使用的粉末混合粉都含有颗粒大小与比重显著不同的成分,混合处理时具有强烈的偏聚倾向。为得到始终如一的精确与最佳性能,对于零件生产厂家,最重要的是减小或消除这种偏聚。总地来讲,用各种粘结剂处理预混合粉可改善预混合粉的性能。对各种粘结剂/润滑剂系统进行过实验室研究,现回顾和偏聚,流速及压制性能相关的结果。概述其对改进流速,增高生坯强度及对整个生产率与使用性能影响的发展。
Powder mixes used in the PM industry contain ingredients of substantially different particle sizes and specific gravities that have a strong tendency to segregate during handling.Reducing or eliminating this segregation is essential for the part producer to achieve consistent precision and optimum performance.Treating the premixes with various types of binders improves the performance of the premix as a whole.A laboratory study was conducted with various binder/lubricant systems and results relating to segregation,flow and press performance are reviewed.Developments that provide improved flow rates combined with increased green densities and green strengths as well as their impact on overall productivity and performance are outlined.
