摘要
以六水氯化镁、硼酸为反应物,氯化钠作助熔剂,高温固相合成法合成硼酸镁晶须.实验系统考察煅烧时间、煅烧温度、反应物的摩尔配比等工艺参数对最终产物的组成和粒径的影响.通过实验探讨,得到硼酸镁晶须制备的最佳工艺条件:原料镁硼摩尔比1∶3,反应时间为6h,在900℃温度下固相合成.采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对硼酸镁晶须结构表征及表面形貌观察分析,所制备的硼酸镁晶须长度长为20~40 μm,并对硼酸镁晶须合成机理进行了探讨分析.
Mg2B2O5 whiskers were synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method with MgCl2 · 6H2O and H3BO3 as raw materials,NaCl as flux.The effects of calcinations time,calcinations temperature and the ratio of reactants on the composition and grain size of final powders were investigated.According to the test,when the mole ratio of Mg and B is 1∶3,the optimal Mg2B2O5 whiskers can be synthesized at 900 ℃ for 6 h.The whisker structures were characterized by XRD and the surface microstructure were analyzed by SEM.The result shows that the length of Mg2B2O5 whiskers is between 20~40 μm.The mechanism of magnesium borate whisker synthesis was also discussed.
