摘要
本文分别采用液相烧结和熔渗工艺制备了AgMo50电接触材料,主要研究了两种制备工艺对材料的电阻率及其它物理性能的影响。采用Archimede法测量样品的密度,用双电桥法测量样品的电阻率,对材料的显微组织进行了分析。研究结果表明,采用熔渗工艺制备的AgMo50电接触材料的综合性能均要优于液相烧结制备的材料性能。
AgMo(50) electrical contact material was prepared by liquid phase sintering and infiltration respectively.Effect of the two kinds of preparation process on electrical resistivity and other physical properties of AgMo50 contact material was studied.The density and resistivity of AgMo50 contact material were tested by Archimede and double wheatstone-bridge method respectively.The Microstructure was observed by metalloscope and SEM.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the AgMo50 electrical contact materials fabricated by infiltration is superior to that of the materials prepared by liquid phase sintering.
