摘要
系统的阐述了近年来Mg-Ti合金在国内外发展状况、Ti在镁合金中作用的研究以及Mg-Ti合金的制备方法,介绍了采用机械合金化法、放电等离子烧结法、物理气相沉积法、汽相淬火工艺等方法制备Mg-Ti合金,分析了机械合金法制备合金过程中的影响因素,探讨了Mg-Ti合金的发展前景和存在问题。
The development situation,the effects of Ti in magnesium alloys and the preparation methods of Mg-Ti alloys in recent years were carried out systematically.The preparation methods of mechanical alloying,spark plasma sintering,physical vapor deposition and vapor phase quenching process for Mg-Ti alloy were introduced,the influencing factors during alloy preparation by mechanical alloying were analyzed,and the development prospect and existing problems of Mg-Ti alloys were also discussed.
