中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀证慢性心衰临床研究

Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treating Chronic Heart Failure with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的观察中药颗粒剂对慢性心衰(CHF)患者的心功能和中医证候的影响。方法 120例气虚血瘀证的CHF患者随机分为两组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用健心颗粒(中药免煎颗粒复方),两组均连续服药21 d,比较两组临床症状、体质量、血浆BNP、LVEF和6 min步行距离(6MWT)以及中医证候积分改善情况。结果两组临床症状和中医证候积分均显著改善,均能减轻体质量、降低血浆BNP,提高LVEF、6MWT水平,且治疗组优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论中西医结合可以进一步改善气虚血瘀证CHF患者心功能,改善临床症状。

Objective： To explore effect of Chinese medicine granules on cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and on TCM syndrome. Methods： 120 cases with qi deficiency and blood stasis syn- drome were randomly divided into traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group（treatment group） and western medicine group （control group）. The treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine was treated with traditional Chinese medicine granules for 21 days. Clinical symptoms,body weight,plasma BNP, LVEF and 6 minutes walking distance （6 MWT）,and TCM syndrome integral were compared. Results： Two groups of clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved. Weight and blood plasma BNP were reduced ,and levels of LVEF and 6 MWT were improved. The treatment group was in many ways superior to the control group （all P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese and western medicine can further improve car- diac function of CHF patients with qi deficiency blood stasis and improve clinical symptoms.
