急性湿疹中医临床路径实施的应用评价

Evaluation of Clinical Pathway of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Acute Eczema

目的观察急性湿疹中医药治疗临床路径的实施效果。方法组建临床路径组,制定急性湿疹中医治疗临床路径方案,将100例急性湿疹患者,随机分为路径组及对照组,路径组按临床路径方案进行管理,对照组按传统的工作方法进行管理,分析并比较两组疗效、住院时间、住院费用、患者满意度及健康知识掌握度情况。结果与对照组相比,路径组在临床疗效上与对照组相近,但平均住院时间、住院费用较对照组显著降低,健康知识掌握度及患者满意度均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论急性湿疹中医治疗临床路径能有效保障临床疗效,缩短住院时间、降低住院费用,有效提高患者健康知识掌握度及满意度。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway of Traditional Chinese Medicine for acute eczema. Methods： A clinical pathway group was organized and clinical pathway of TCM was established. Treat- ment effects, hospitalization expenses ,average hospitalization stay, patients satisfaction ,and knowledge about the disease were analyzed and compared. Results： Compared with control group,treatment effects was similar in treatment group ;hospitalization expenses and average hospitalization stay were reduced;patients＇ satisfaction and knowledge about the disease were improved greatly. Conclusion： Clinical pathway of TCM for acute eczema can obviously reduce hospitalization expenses,shorten average hospitalization days,and improve patients＇ satisfaction as well as their knowledge about disease.
