针刺、LED红光联合治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察与护理

Clinical Evaluation of Light-emitting Diode and Acupuncture in Combination with Drugs in Treatment on Herpes Zoster and the Nursing

目的观察LED红光治疗和针刺联合疗法治疗带状疱疹的疗效及护理措施。方法将100例成年带状疱疹患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组在接受常规治疗和护理的基础上联合LED红光和针刺疗法治疗,对照组采用伐昔洛韦、腺苷钴胺注射液、独一味胶囊等治疗。两组疗程为13~15 d。观察两组的疗效,止疱、结痂、止痛时间。结果治疗组治愈38例,有效率占92%。对照组治愈29例,有效率78%。两组疗效对比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合LED红光和针刺联合伐昔洛韦等药物治疗成人带状疱疹治愈率高,疗程短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical results and nursing of intervention of Light-emitting diode（LED） and acupuncture in combination with drugs in the adjuvant treatment of Herpes Zoster. Methods： 100 consecu- tive patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into the observation group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）. The observation group received LED and acupuncture therapy^n the basis of conventional treatment similar to the control group. The control group was treated by valaciclovir, cobamamide and Duyiwei. The time of blister stop, crust formation,pain disappearance and cure was observed after 13~ 15 days. The clinical effects were observed and compared. Results： The observation group was superior in the clinical efficacy to the control group （P〈 0.05）. The difference was significant between treatment group and control group in the time of blister stop, crust formation and pain disappearance. Conclusion： Light-emitting diode and acupuncture would be accepted as an important treatment method for herpes zoster, because it is effective, convenient, and economical.
