6S管理在神经内科护理安全管理中的运用

The Application of 6S Management System in Safety Management of Neurology Care

目的观察6S管理对神经内科护理安全的影响效果。方法成立6S活动小组,用"整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全"6个内容对人、物、环境进行整顿,按照护理安全的评价指标,比较实施6S前后的指标得分及意外事件发生率,患者满意度得出改善效果。结果实施6S管理后,神经内科护理安全评价指标中的各项指标均得到改善,意外事件发生率下降,患者满意度提高。结论通过开展6S管理,提升了神经内科护士的安全意识,提高了护理安全水平,意外事件发生率下降,从而有效规避了护理风险。

Objective： To discuss the safety of 6S management system in neurology nursing practice. Methods： 6S management groups were established to manage the people, objects and environment by using the six methods of ＂Settling, Sorting out, Sweeping, Sanitation, Science, and Safety＂. Improvement effect was obtained by comparing scores, incidence of accidents, and patient satisfaction before and after implementation according to the nursing safety evaluation index. Results： After the implementation of 6S management system, the safety evaluation index- es of neurology nursing were improved, the incidence of accidents were decreased, and patient satisfaction was im- proved. Conclusion： By conducting 6S management system,nurses＇ safety awareness and the level of care safety was improved, and incidence of accidents was decreased, so the risk of nursing can be avoided effectively.
