测绘学院校企合作教育的组织与实施

Organization and Implementation of School-enterprise Cooperation Education in Surveying and Mapping Institute

传统的工科教育存在主要问题是理论脱离实际、实践环节缺乏针对性、产学脱节,培养的人不能满足现代企业和社会经济发展的需要,实施校企合作教育是解决这些问题的有效途径之一。文中结合测绘学院实施合作教育的情况,从合作教育的认识、合作教育实施原则、合作教育实施方案、合作教育岗位选择等方面进行了论述,对一些校企合作教育的作法进行了总结。

The existence major problems of traditional engineering education are that the theory divorces from reality,practice lacks of specificity,industry-university is disjointed,the graduates cant meet the needs of modern enterprise and socio-economic development.The school-enterprise cooperation is one of the effective ways to solve these problems.In the paper,the author discourses the understanding of cooperative education,the implementation principle of co-education,the implementation programs of cooperative education,job selection of cooperation and other aspects combining the implementation situation of cooperative in Surveying and Mapping Institute of Education and summarizes some methods of school-enterprise cooperation.
