摘要
论述了材料性能与零件功能的关系。阐明了典型的汽车零件的功能、受力状态和失效模式及相应的材料性能和表征参量。零件制造过程中,由于经受不同工艺的加工,在大多数情况下零件的功能不能只根据原材料的力学性能进行预测,必须考虑零件的制造工艺对材料性能的影响和由此产生的对零件功能的影响。列举了一些典型例子阐明这种"功能"与"性能"的关系。
The relationship between material property and part function was described .The function, stressed state and failure mode of typical automotive parts and the corresponding material property and characterization parameters were expounded also .Owing to being worked by different technologies during manufacturing process of parts , the part function is mostly related not only to the mechanical properties of material but also to the effect of manufacturing process of part on material property thereby on part function . Some typical examples were enumerated to illustrate the relation the function to the property .
