摘要
阶梯式零件的台阶部位采用普通圆环形感应器难以获得良好的感应淬硬效果。天津市热处理研究所有限公司研制了一种新型纵向电流感应器,从而解决了这一问题。采用纵向电流感应器对带台阶的QT600球墨铸铁制拖链轮进行了中频感应淬火,结果表明拖链轮的轮缘和台阶处硬度及硬化层深度均达到了技术要求。
The step of stepped part is difficult to be well induction hardened with conventional ring inductor .A new type of longitudinal current inductor has been developed in successfully developed in Tianjin Heat Treatment Institute Co., Ltd., consequently the above problem has been solved .The stepped drag chain wheel of QT 600 nodular iron has been medium-frequency induction hardened with the longitudinal current inductor , as a result, the hardness and case depth in both the step and the flange have conformed with the requirements .
