8字形模冲线切割开裂原因分析

摘要 根据裂纹的宏观形貌、原材料质量、热处理后的显微组织及线切割和热处理工艺,分析了某Cr12钢8字形模冲线切割开裂的原因。结果表明,该模冲线切割开裂主要是由于原材料不合格和加工工艺不良所致。对应的措施是加强原材料的检验和制定正确的冷、热加工工艺。 A type of 8-shaped Cr12 steel plunger cracked during wire cutting .The cause of the plunger cracking was analyzed in the light of appearance of crack , quality of raw material , microstructure obtained by heat treating and wire cutting and heat treating processes .The results indicate that the plunger cracking during wire cutting is mainly attributed to unacceptable raw material and poor working processes .The measures to prevent the 8-shaped plunger from cracking are enhancement of the raw material examination and determination of the reasonable cool and hot working practices .
