摘要
对涤/竹原合股纱(1#)、涤/竹浆合股纱(2#)、全竹原合股纱(3#)、全竹浆合股纱(4#)进行捻度、条干均匀度、断裂强力、断裂伸长率及毛羽等相关测试。测试结果表明:全竹合股纱(即3#和4#)的捻度不匀率CV低于涤/竹合股纱(即1#和2#);含竹浆组分(即2#和4#)合股纱的条干CV、断裂伸长率、毛羽明显优于含竹原组分(即1#和3#)合股纱。利用模糊数学工具,得出优先顺序依次为:4#>2#>3#>1#。
The twist,yarn evenness,breaking strength,breaking elongation,hairiness of ply yarn with polyester and nature bamboo(marked 1#),ply yarn with polyester and bamboo pulp(marked 2#),ply yarn with 100 percent of nature bamboo(marked 3#)and ply yarn with 100 percent of bamboo pulp(marked 4#) were tested in this paper. The results showed that compared with polyester/bamboo ply yarn,the twist CV of ply yarn with 100 percent of bamboo was lower.The yarn evenness CV,breaking elongation,hairiness of ply yarn with bamboo pulp component were better obviously than ply yarn with nature bamboo component.With the aid of some basic ideas in fuzzy mathematics,we concluded that the optimization of ply yarn should be 4#〉2#〉3#〉1#.
