摘要
采用盾构/TBM修建深埋长距离斜井是一个崭新的课题,对于缩短矿井建设周期,降低造价具有重要的意义。文章通过对传统矿山法与盾构/TBM法的技术参数与经济指标进行全面比较,分析了盾构/TBM技术在煤矿矿井建设中的应用前景,介绍了盾构/TBM施工斜井应用现状,在此基础上,着重从盾构/TBM的选型与适应性、斜井井壁结构设计、复杂环境中施工等方面分析了盾构/TBM施工煤矿长距离斜井所面临的挑战,综述了近期开展的相关技术研究与进展,主要包括:双模式盾构/TBM的研制、新型井壁结构体系的构建和复杂条件施工时的处置技术等。最后,讨论了尚存的问题以及相关问题研究的发展趋势。
It is a new topic to build long-distance inclined shafts of coal mines by shield/TBM,which has great signifi-cance in shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost.In this paper,comparison and contrast is made between the conventional mining method and the shield/TBM method in terms of technical indexes and economic indexes,the prospectives of the application of shield/TBM in the construction of long-distance inclined shafts of coal mines are analyzed,and the state-of-art of the application of shield/TBM in the construction of inclined shafts is presen-ted.The challenges in the construction of long-distance inclined shafts by shield/TBMare analyzed in terms of selection of proper types of shield/TBM,adaptability of shield/TBM selected,design of inclined shaft lining structure,and con-struction under complex environment.The results of researches made recently,including the development of dual-mode shield/TBM equipment,the establishment of a new type of inclined shaft lining structure,and technologies to cope with difficult conditions under complex environment,are summarized.Finally,problems to be further solved and the trend of studies on these problems are discussed.
