摘要
为满足南京地铁3号线浦珠路站大直径盾构整体始发的需要,对该站原分体始发结构进行调整。通过分析大直径盾构整体始发技术对地铁车站的影响,总结出地铁车站在大盾构整体始发条件下结构设计的处理方法及难点。根据车站工程地质,利用混凝土梁柱临时托换体系满足始发要求,并采用SAP2000有限元软件建立二维及三维模型进行模拟分析,提出转换始发的关键技术。得出采用临时结构托换技术解决大直径盾构整体始发技术是可行的,且临时结构托换体系对原结构尺寸未产生影响。通过分析验证了混凝土梁柱体系在在地铁车站结构受力体系临时转换时的适用性。
According to the original design,separate launching of a large diameter shield machine is to be made at Puzhulu Station on Line 3 of Nanjing Metro. In the later stage,however,it is decided that integral shield machine launching is to be implemented to replace the original separate launching. Therefore,the structure of the Metro station should be treated. In the paper,the influence of the integral launching of the large diameter shield machine on the Metro station is analyzed,the key points of the treatment of the structure of the Metro station are summarized,solution of underpinning by concrete beams and columns is proposed,and calculation is made for the underpinning system by means of 2D and 3D models based on SAP2000 finite element software. Conclusion is drawn that the underpinning system adopted for the Metro station is feasible and rational.
