凿岩台车电气系统技术改造

Technical Reform of Electrical System of Rock Drilling Jumbo

目前凿岩台车被广泛地应用于隧道施工中,如何使凿岩台车更好地适用于隧道施工是机械管理人员研究的重点。为提高凿岩台车的设备利用率,降低施工成本,对凿岩台车进行了改造与系统集成技术的研究。着重介绍了凿岩台车改造过程中电气方面的技术改造,对凿岩台车泵站起动系统和显示系统进行了改造,改造后的凿岩台车通过了工业性试验,并成功地应用于青岛烟台LPG项目。实践证明:改造后的凿岩台车性能得到了大幅度提升,故障率低,故障显示的可读性高,满足施工使用要求,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Rock drilling jumbos are widely used in the tunnel construction.In the paper,the reform technologies and system integration technologies of rock drilling jumbos are studied,so as to improve the availability of the rock drilling jumbos and to reduce the construction cost.The reform of the electrical system of rock drilling jumbos is described with emphasis.The main reform of the electrical system of the rock drilling jumbo is focused on the starting system of the pump station and the display system of the rock drilling jumbo.The drilling jumbo reformed has been successfully used in the construction of Yantai LPG storage cavern project in Qingdao.It is demonstrated that the performance of the rock drilling jumbo has been greatly improved,the malfunction rate has been reduced,the readability of the malfunction display has been enhanced,the construction requirement has been satisfied and good economical and social efficiency has been achieved.
