摘要
ANSYS子模型方法是一种在整体模型的部分区域得到更精确结果的有限元技术。在对老口厂房主机间2#机组段进行整体有限元计算的基础上,采用ANSYS子模型方法,将老口电站厂房中空间结构及受力最复杂的厂房流道段从整体模型中切割出来,进行单元网格细化,通过计算得出流道段各工况下应变、应力状况,为流道结构配筋提供依据。
ANSYS sub-model method is the technique to obtain more accurate result at local area of an integralmodel. For the No.2 unit section of powerhouse generator room of Laokou Navigation Complex, integral finite ele-ment analysis was conducted, based on which ANSYS sub-model method was adopted to refine the unit mesh of wa-ter passage since this area has the most complicated space structure, stress and strain. The calculating results ofstress and strain under various operating conditions provide basis for reinforcement design of water passage.
