摘要
针对大伙房水库输水(二期)工程隧洞施工的特殊条件,伸缩缝处理采取先对伸缩缝止水带内侧进行超细水泥接缝灌浆,再采用SK手刮聚脲进行封闭的方案施工。经1年多的运行后检测,伸缩缝封闭情况良好,SK手刮聚脲与混凝土之间的粘接强度大于2.5 MPa,达到了预期效果。
In view of the special tunnel construction conditions of the 2nd-stage Dahuofang diversion project, at theexpansion joints, superfine cement grouting was conducted first for the internal side of sealing strip, then SK handscraping polyurea was applied to close the joint. The tunnel was inspected after it was put into operation for morethan one year. The results of inspection show good closing of expansion joints. The adhesive strength between SKhand scraping polyurea and concrete exceeds 2.5MPa up to expected effects.
