摘要
针对飞来峡水电站生活水泵电机控制回路设计时没有考虑到主用控制回路电源消失、水泵水位计信号失效等因素,从而引起公共回路电源消失和水泵备用功能失效,在主用泵检修或故障时发生备用泵无法启动等故障问题,提出对水泵公共控制回路进行技术改造方案,实施后,解决了上述故障问题,确保生活水泵运行可靠性和稳定性。
The original living pump control circuit design of Feilaixia Hydropower Station did not take into consider-ation that failure of main control power supply or missing of level signal may lead to failure of common power supplyor the standby pump unable to be actuated in case of main pump repair or failure. The upgrade scheme of pumpcommon control circuit was drafted and carried out to prevent the above mentioned troubles, ensure operation reli-ability and stability of living pump.
