某铀钼矿萃取乳化原因及处理方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究某铀钼矿浸出液放置时间和电位对钼萃取乳化及操作的影响。结果表明:对电位为-500mV、未放置的浸出液进行萃取时,萃取槽内出现较多沉淀物,并有乳化发生,导致萃取无法正常运行;对电位为-500mV、放置24h的浸出液进行萃取时,可实现萃取的稳定运行;对电位为-400mV、放置24h的浸出液进行萃取时,有机相变得黏稠,槽内有较多沉淀物产生,导致萃取操作无法稳定运行。提出了调节浸出液电位为-500mV、放置24h的处理方法。 The effect of standing time and potential of leaching liquor for a uranium-molybdenum ore on emulsion formation in extraction operation was studied. The results showed that when the potential was --500 mV and the standing time was zero, much deposit and emulsion was produced in the extraction operation. When the potential was --500 mV and the standing time was 24 h, the extraction operation can run steadily. When the potential was --400 mV and the standing time was 24 h, the organic phase became ropy and much deposit was produced in the extraction operation. So, it was proposed that the potential of the leaching liquor was --500 mV and the standing time was 24 h to make sure that the extraction operation can run steadily.
