摘要
针对沽源铀钼矿酸浸矿浆过滤困难、余酸高的问题,进行电石渣-絮凝剂复合添加改性对矿浆过滤性能影响等的试验研究。结果表明,采用电石渣混凝-絮凝复合添加技术可显著改善矿浆过滤性能,同时可降低滤液余酸酸度及浊度,改善后续萃取操作条件。工业试验验证了条件试验的结果,该技术的应用显著提高了隔膜板框压滤机处理能力,降低了劳动强度。
To improve the filtering performance and reduce the residual acidity of Guyuan uranmolybdatite acidic leaching slurry,the addition of carbide slag and PAM coagulant to the acidic leaching slurry was studied. The results showed that carbide slag and PAM were quite efficient in treating the slurry, with appropriate acid concentration and low filtrate turbidity meeting the solvent extraction. The results were verified with diaphragm pressure filter in field pilot test. The capacity of diaphragm pressure filter can be enhanced and the labor intensity can be reduced by the coagulation-flocculation technology.
