摘要
建立磷钼蓝分光光度法测定重铀酸盐中磷酸根的方法,研究显色条件,考察共存离子的干扰情况。结果表明:显色体系磷酸根质量浓度在0.6~4.9μg/mL范围内,线性良好,线性相关系数〉0.999;样品加标回收率为97%~104%,在磷酸根质量分数为1.10%时,测定结果RSD为2.3%;4mg SiO2、6mgFe、400mg Cl-、4.5mg Ge对磷酸根的测定没有影响。
A method for determination of phosphate in diuranate by phosphomolybdenum blue spectrophotometry was established. The optimal analytic conditions were defined by test. Good linearity was demonstrated with phosphate in the range of 0.3-4.9 μg/mL, with linear correlation coefficient 0. 999 and average recovery ranging 97% to 104%. The RSD was 2.3% while the phosphate content was 1.10%. 4 mg SiO2,6 mg Fe,400 mg Cl-and 4.5 mg Ge showed no disturbance on the determination of phosphate.
