根据对常用金属轴承材料的性能比较,优先选择了锡基轴承合金ZChSnSb11-6做为轧机油膜轴承衬套里合金的材料。详细介绍了锡基轴承合金在熔炼前所注意的三条相关事项及在熔炼中应如何操作。并根据多年总结的经验提出了锡基轴承合金在浇铸前应注意的相关事项,即去油-酸洗-水洗-烘干-刷氯化锌-加热锡锅至规定温度内。

According to the comparison of theproperty of the common metals bearing material listed in table 1 ,the ZChSnSb11-6 ,one of the tin-based bearing alloys , is chosen to be the material of the oil film bearing bush of roll-ingmill . In this paper , three mattes which have to be pay attention before tin -basedbearingalloymelting and how-shouldthesmeltingoperate are described indetail . And also ,based on years ofexperience , the matters related to tin -basedbearing alloycasting before operation such as oil removed , acid pickling , washing , drying , Zinc -Chloride coat-ing ,and tinpotheatedto a predetermined temperature are introduced in the text .
